Payment Options
With us, you can shop conveniently and securely 24 hours a day. As payment options, we offer advance payment by bank transfer, as well as Klarna and PayPal (PayPal or credit card).
Payment Method Advance Payment by Bank Transfer
After your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. In it, you will find all the details of your order and our corresponding bank details for transfers in Euros or Swiss Francs. Please note that SEPA standard transfers in Euros are as fast, reliable, and cost-effective as domestic payments. If you have chosen advance payment, please transfer the total amount, including shipping costs, to our business account, stating the order number. Please note that your transfer will only be credited to our account after up to three business days. After receipt of payment, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Payment is processed by our partner Klarna. Once your goods have been shipped, you will receive instructions from Klarna on how to complete your payment. You can manage all your purchases via Klarna.com or the Klarna app and even pay with just one click. PayPal Payment Method
When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after completing your order and can settle the invoice amount there via your PayPal account. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay as a PayPal guest in just a few steps without registration via direct debit or credit card.
- Your bank or credit card details are securely stored with PayPal and are not transmitted to us
- Your data is protected by the SSL protocol with a 128-bit key (the highest commercially available security level)
- You will receive an extra email confirmation from PayPal for each transaction, letting you know that your payment has been received by us
- PayPal transactions are checked by fraud protection models to immediately detect and combat fraudulent activity
- If you choose this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal login page

Shipping Conditions
For Germany: Standard deliveries are made by parcel service (DHL) within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of payment, provided all items are in stock. Deviating delivery times are indicated in the item description and in the shopping cart. For shipping and packaging costs, we regularly charge a flat rate of 4.90 Euros. For standard shipping, we deliver free of charge within Germany for an order value of 49.00 Euros incl. VAT. → Delivery to DHL packing stations within Germany is possible. Please note, however, that the parcel dimensions must not exceed 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
For the European Union: Standard deliveries are made by parcel service (DHL) within 3 - 6 business days after receipt of payment, provided all items are in stock. Deviating delivery times are indicated in the item description and in the shopping cart. For shipping and packaging costs, we charge between 9.90 Euros and 24.95 Euros depending on the country zone.
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Standard deliveries are made via DHL. For shipping and packaging costs, we regularly charge a flat rate of 9.90 Euros. Any import costs are borne by the recipient.

The shipping costs are also displayed directly before placing the order in the online shop. We reserve the right to offer only standard delivery in our online shop, either entirely or temporarily, and/or to temporarily waive the collection of the flat-rate shipping fee. Any additional fees for customs, taxes, or other costs are borne by the customer. The delivery condition is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Return Policy
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the high quality and careful craftsmanship of our products. Should anything not be 100% right, you have the option to return your order to us and, if necessary, exchange it within the first 14 days after receiving the goods. The prerequisite is that the ordered products are unused and undamaged. We recommend returning the goods in their original packaging and not removing attached labels: this saves you and us time and inconvenience in the event of a complaint.
